A refreshing selection of cocktails, craft beer, premium wines, cider, hard teas, and zero-proof beverages are served to compliment the chef's creations, and fresh Live Music along with Guest DJs provide the soundtrack.
Brewery & the Beast is produced by a small, Canadian owned, family business.
Every event supports local charities and not-for-profit societies. To date, the festival has contributed more than $185,000.00 to these important organizations.

Brewery & the Beast celebrates the outdoor roots of the festival by giving chefs free-reign to be bold and creative when preparing their exceptional dishes over open fire. In each city, talented chefs showcase their culinary talent, exhibiting traditional and modern techniques, using responsibly sourced local ingredients.
Drink
The beverage program offers a curated lineup of award-winning libations, including: refreshing cocktails and premium wines, craft beer, traditional cider, hard tea & seltzers, zero-proof drinks, locally roasted coffee and refreshing sodas. Beverages are generously poured to ensure there are no long lines for taster size drinks.
