Toronto’s newest + most exciting Food & Beverage festival

On Sunday July 26, experience Canada’s most extraordinary live-fire culinary event: Brewery & the Beast!

More than 30 of Toronto’s award-winning chefs and restaurants - including many recognized by the Michelin Guide - will be serving an incomparable feast for the senses. Specialty dishes are prepared with responsibly sourced local proteins and then cooked over live fire, ensuring fresh, bold flavours in every bite. An expertly curated menu of refreshing libations and craft beverages are offered to complement the chefs dishes. Tickets for this boutique-style event are limited, and only sold in advance.

A sushi roll with raw fish, green cucumbers, wrapped in seaweed and rice, topped with black pepper and sesame seeds, served on a wooden board with additional seasoning on the surface.

A Premium, Inclusive Experience

  • Brewery & the Beast is a grazing style event where guests can wander, explore, and savour the finest food & beverage in the city. Shaded areas and seating will be available.

  • Each participating chef presents an exclusive, expertly crafted dish, allowing you to create your own unique tasting menu.

  • Complimenting the chef's creations are Fine Wines, Specialty Cocktails, Craft Beer, Cider, Seltzers, and Zero-Proof Beverages.

  • Event tickets include full access to all of the food & beverage offerings. No tokens, tickets or extra purchasing is required.

Eat Well. Support Local.

All proteins served at Brewery & the Beast are responsibly and ethically raised, sourced exclusively from trusted farms and ranches across the country, providing guests with a 100% Canadian-grown experience.

The festival proudly supports local communities, with more than $185,000.00 raised to support culinary scholarships, mental health initiatives, and food security programs.

Brewery & the Beast takes place on the traditional territory of many nations including the Mississaugas of the Credit, the Anishnabeg, the Chippewa, the Haudenosaunee and the Wendat peoples and is now home to many diverse First Nations, Inuit and Métis peoples. We acknowledge that Toronto is covered by Treaty 13 with the Mississaugas of the Credit. We recognize, with gratitude, how fortunate we are to live, work, and play on lands that Indigenous nations have called home since time immemorial.
