What does my ticket include?
Tickets are inclusive of all food, alcoholic beverages and non-alcoholic beverages. Guests can sample and enjoy what they like, without the need for tokens or additional purchasing.
what if I have special dietary needs?
Brewery & the Beast offers more than 30 different dishes to choose from. Many of these dishes are created without ingredients that contain common allergens, such as gluten, dairy and shellfish. However, all dishes are prepared in kitchens where allergens such as gluten, nuts, dairy and shellfish can be present. It is important to note: we cannot guarantee the 100% accommodation of specific dietary requirements ranging from preferences to food sensitivities to confirmed allergies. We insist that all guests speak to chefs before trying any dishes if they have concerns about ingredients or allergens that are listed, or not listed, on the menus. It is your responsibility to announce any food allergies you have, prior to consuming any food or beverage.
Can I bring my certified assistance dog to the event?
Yes, Brewery & the Beast welcomes guests with certified assistance dogs. Proof and/or certification is required for entry. Guests bringing legitimate assistance dogs to the event are responsible for ensuring the animal has access to fresh water and food as required. Assistance dogs are not permitted to be fed from the event offerings.
Can I bring a chair to sit in?
Yes, please be sure it is available for our security hosts to inspect on arrival.
If it is raining, can I bring an umbrella?
Yes, but we do not recommend it. Umbrellas are dangerous to other guests and make enjoying the food and beverage element of the event very difficult due to holding your umbrella. We advise leaving the umbrella at home and wearing a good raincoat with a hood, or a poncho.
Can I bring my dog to the event?
No, we do not permit domestic pets of any kind.
Can I bring my baby to the event?
No, minors are not permitted at the event.
Can I smoke at the event?
No, Brewery & the Beast is a 100% non-smoking event. Smoking or vaping of any substance is not permitted.
What is not permitted at the event?
The following items are PROHIBITED.
Outside food or beverage (including alcohol) of any kind
Illegal and illicit substances of any kind; drugs or drug paraphernalia
Noise making devices: air horns, drums, whistles
Drones or any other remote flying device
Unauthorized solicitation and materials including handbills, flyers, stickers, giveaways, samples, etc.
What should I wear?
Please dress for the weather. The event is outdoor and you want to be comfortable. There are large tents for shade and shelter, but you will be wandering most of the day in the open air while grazing from tent to tent.
Are tickets refundable?
Tickets are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend the event for any reason, your ticket can be transferred to another person via the online ticketing platform. This service is available up to and on the day of the event. Information on transferring tickets is available at: help.showpass.com.
